By Rosalind Owen

For fans of Canadian born superstar, Celine The Movie will be a great experience. Celine Dion has established herself as one of the most popular singers in the world. In Las Vegas she performed for three years straight in a music arena that was build especially for her.

The singer was born in Canada in 1968. She was raised in a small town in Quebec and was the youngest of twelve children. At the ripe age of twelve she was garnering attention from record executives with her regular submissions. She would regularly send recordings of her singing to the record companies. One executive was so impressed that he mortgaged his home in order to fund her first album.

The movie is about this famous performer living a normal life; well, normal for a famous singer on a world wide tour. She wants the world to know that above everything, she is a normal, down to earth person. The film follows the world famous singer as she performs in five continents and twenty five countries.

The film is not so much about her live singing performances, although some of the acts are shown. The presentation is more about how she lives life on the road. Her fans see her of course as primarily a stage performer. But the film is more about the singer as a person.

Her life is one of constant travel always being away from home. For her, the hotel is her home. This is not always an easy life. The reports are that the singer earns more than forty five million dollars a year. Most people would like to make this much money each year. But Celine does not sit around the house making this money.

She is on the road most of the year. She has to deal with adoring fans that want to reach out to her each time she steps out in public. She has to guard her voice from any type of mishap. She has to deal with the physical and emotional strain that comes with performing. She is only human, but sometimes fans forget this.

People want more and more of their favorite performer. She has chosen to make herself available to the world and her life is no longer her own. She has no private life, but this film shows that the singer has accepted her role on the world stage with vigor.

Fans of the singer from Canada will not be let down by this movie. The will see their superstar living life on the road. They sill see her husband, who is also her manager, also in the film, along with her son, who travels with his mom along the tour.

Fans of the Canadian born singer will want to see the film over and over. For those who do not count themselves as huge fans of this performing artist from Quebec once would probably be enough. But as far as fans are concerned, all they need to know is that the movie is all about Celine. - 40724
